Arrival in Omaha

Monday, December 5

• On arrival at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Farmers Business Network hosts in  FBN t-shirts will meet you in baggage claim to direct you to your shuttle bus.

• Airport Transfers run from 1:30pm – 7:30pm to Farmer2Farmer host hotels.

• If you arrive outside of these transfer times, please make your own way to your hotel, at your own expense. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available from Eppley Airfield.

 

Tuesday, December 6

• On arrival at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Farmers Business Network hosts in  FBN t-shirts will meet you in baggage claim to direct you to your shuttle bus.

• Airport Transfers run from 9:15am – 10:30pm to Farmer2Farmer host hotels.

• If you arrive outside of these transfer times, please make your own way to your hotel, at your own expense. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available from Eppley Airfield.

• After checking in to your hotel, take the Farmer2Farmer shuttle bus to the Hilton Omaha and proceed to the 2nd floor Farmer2Farmer Registration Desk to collect your name badge.

Departure from Omaha

Thursday, December 8

• In the morning, check out of your hotel settling any additional expenses.

• Take the Farmer2Farmer shuttle bus to the CHI Center.

• Bring your luggage to the 2nd floor of the CHI Center and store it in the Luggage Check Room 209, free-of-charge.

• Airport shuttle service will depart from the front curb of the CHI Center from 2:30pm – 6:30pm.

• Shuttle bus journey from CHI Center to the airport is approximately 10 minutes.

• If you depart outside of these transfer times, please make your own way to the airport, at your own expense. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available to Eppley Airfield.

• Please note: there are no shuttle buses back to the Host Hotels from the CHI Center. If you need to return to your hotel you will need to make your own way, at your own expense.
